At Only Percy, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our luxury lifestyle products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make the process simple and smooth.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, please email us at support@onlypercy.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Important:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order through our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@onlypercy.com. We will resolve the issue quickly at no extra cost to you.
