Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@onlypercy.com quoting your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, provided it hasn’t shipped. Please contact us promptly, and we’ll confirm cancellation if the order is still processing.

Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UK and offer international shipping to select countries. If you don’t see your location at checkout, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

How much does delivery cost?

UK standard delivery is free on all orders over £75. For orders under £75, a flat shipping fee of £4.95 applies. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. UK delivery typically takes 7-14 working days. International orders may take 7–14 days depending on location and customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

Of course. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

How do I make a return?

Email us at info@onlypercy.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — if you’d prefer an exchange, please let us know in your return request email and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to stock availability.

How should I care for my purchase?

Care instructions are included with each item. For most products, gentle cleaning and thoughtful use will ensure they age beautifully. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for tailored advice.

Gifting

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely. You can add a gift message at checkout, and we’ll include it on a handwritten card. We never include prices in the packaging.
